SadWin Version Of GapMenu Won't answer the Phone

I have been using the dos version of GapMenu for a long time. I fiqured I try the Win version, and now it won't answer the phone. When it coms up, it finds the modem, lights blink on the front of the USR, but no answer. Yes, the AA lights is showing the phone is ringing. I have tried both true ring detect and not in gap config...any ideas I may be missing, I am sure it operator error on my part...
